Responsible AI

Safety at the center, not the edges.

“Responsible AI” is easy to say and hard to prove. So instead of slogans, here are the principles we actually build to — and the mechanisms behind each one. They apply to our own products and to everything we build for clients.

Safety is engineered in

We design guardrails, limits, and fail-safes into a system from the start, not as a patch after launch. A system that can’t be operated safely doesn’t ship.

Privacy is a promise, not a setting

We never sell or share your data and never quietly train on it. We design for data minimization and clear retention, and we tell you in plain language what’s kept and why — because trust depends on being able to verify it.

Autonomy is bounded

Our systems act on their own only where the risk is contained — detecting problems, recovering, and drafting fixes. Anything that carries real consequence is proposed, not executed, and waits for a person.

A human keeps the call

Automation does the heavy, routine lifting; people keep judgment over the decisions that matter. We make that boundary explicit and visible, so no one has to wonder where the machine stops and a person begins.

AI should make people more in control.

Done right, AI makes the people using it more capable and more in control — not less. That’s the standard we hold ourselves to, on every project.
